High-precision mandrel automatic wire turning：

The processing precision of the mandrel is as high as 0.005. It stably supports the wire turning operation with zero-error precise positioning. It accurately controls the angle, position and force. The wire turning is uniform and the angles are consistent. The mandrel is mirror-polished to prevent wire breakage and scratching.

Precise four-point crimping：

High-precision fixture locks the position accuracy of the rear sleeve. The fixture rotates stably. The servo motor performs four-point crimping. The fixtures are few but refined to ensure accurate and error-free crimping of products.
